Rooms above the pub in Bolney

Recently refurbished & characterful

Four rooms upstairs

Four recently refurbished rooms above the pub — original character, modern comforts, and the best rate when you book direct.

Settle in upstairs at the Eight Bells. Our rooms sit in the main pub building, blending beams and village charm with comfy mattresses, fluffy pillows, Egyptian cotton bed linen, sound insulation and powerful showers. Some rooms have a bath with overhead shower; others feature a walk-in shower. Off-street parking is available when we have space (first-come, first-served).

You'll find us on The Street in the heart of Bolney, opposite the church — just off the A23 via the A272. A handy base if you're visiting Bolney Wine Estate (often searched as Bolney Vineyard), or exploring the South Downs, Nymans and the High Weald. Haywards Heath, Cowfold and Cuckfield are a short hop away.

Always the lowest room rate when you book direct with us — supporting an independent Sussex pub, not the big booking sites.
